RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on hidemi.online.com currently do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or incorrect.  All sales are final.  

If the item you receive has a quality issue, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt with photos as proof. Return/exchange shipping costs for quality issues will be covered by us (please note that cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted).

For returns or exchanges requested due to personal reasons, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
