If the item you receive has a quality issue, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photos as proof. Return/exchange shipping costs for quality issues will be covered by us (please note that cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted).

For returns or exchanges requested due to personal reasons, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
